What rules apply to cultural events?

Bavaria Museums are open. In cinemas and at cultural events, up to 400 people are allowed outside and up to 200 people indoors if there are marked seats. Without a seat assignment, there is a limit of 200 people outside and 100 people indoors. The same applies to conferences or congresses. Local regulations may vary depending on the development of corona case numbers. Christmas markets are generally possible with appropriate concepts and at locations with low rates of new infections.
Berlin Leisure facilities will be closed for November, including theatres and concert halls, cinemas, amusement parks, swimming and fun pools. Playgrounds and the outdoor facilities of zoos and animal parks are open to visitors. Hygiene and distance rules must be observed. Wholesale and retail trade as well as weekly markets remain open under increased hygiene requirements.
Brandenburg Museums, cinemas, theatres, opera houses and concert halls are once again welcoming visitors. Drive-in cinemas may open to the public. Public playgrounds are open again. Leisure parks are also open.
Bremen Cinemas, theatres, opera houses and concert halls may open with a limited number of visitors. Due to the high corona incidence value, all events in the city of Bremen where alcohol is served must be limited to a maximum of ten participants. For events, such as theatre or readings, without serving alcohol, the limit is 100 participants.

Christmas markets may be planned in principle. Prerequisites are hygiene concepts and that distance regulations are observed and that the number of infections does not increase further in the coming weeks.
North Rhine-Westphalia Museums, theatres, operas and cinemas are allowed to open. Events in the cultural or educational sector with a maximum of 300 participants do not require a hygiene concept. Christmas markets are allowed if they are fenced in, for example, so that the flow of visitors can be limited and controlled.
Rhineland-Palatinate Museums, cinemas, theatre and concert halls are open. Christmas markets should be spread over the cities as far as possible.
Saarland Cinemas, museums, leisure parks, zoos and animal parks are allowed to open. Outdoor events with up to 100 people and in closed rooms with up to 50 people are allowed. There are no concrete decisions on the organisation of Christmas markets yet.
