Non-school institutions of initial, continuing and further vocational education and training shall be closed to classroom and training operations in face-to-face form and to the public. However, these non-school institutions of initial, continuing and further vocational education and training may conduct courses and measures of vocational education and training in face-to-face form insofar as these are necessary in vocational education and training and retraining pursuant to the Vocational Training Act or the Crafts Code to ensure vocational education and training within the framework of ongoing training contracts and for the preparation and conduct of intermediate and final examinations. In the case of further and continuing vocational training leading to a recognised qualification and for technical and specialist examinations based on state requirements for the exercise of the occupation, sentence 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis to courses and measures for the preparation and conduct of corresponding examinations. Boarding school and hostel accommodation required for the implementation of the courses and measures pursuant to sentences 1 and 2 shall be permissible." |
