What rules apply to major events?

Federal state Answer
Baden-Württemberg Public events with up to 100 people are permitted. Large events such as public festivals remain prohibited until at least the end of the year.
Bavaria Mass events remain prohibited until the end of October. Wedding and other celebrations may take place. With up to 100 people indoors or up to 200 people outdoors. With seat allocations the limit is 400 persons outside and 200 persons inside. The following applies if the 50 warning value is exceeded: For private parties, an upper limit of up to 25 participants indoors or up to 50 participants outdoors should be waived.
Berlin Major cultural events are not permitted. Celebrations on private premises or in public are not permitted after 2 November, as contact restrictions must be observed. Public events (no cultural events!) may take place with a maximum of 50 people inside and 100 people outside, provided that a hygiene concept, written registration of participants, distance and contact restrictions are presented.
Brandenburg Large events with more than 1000 people will remain prohibited until New Year 2021. In exceptional cases, health authorities may allow permits. Distance and hygiene rules must be observed. Fresh air supply must be guaranteed in rooms and personal data must be recorded. In restaurants, the height of the room and the observance of the minimum distance of 1.50 m determines the number of guests. If the number of cases increases, further restrictions are to be expected. Demonstrations are possible without a limited number of participants, but the minimum distance must be maintained and access must be regulated.
Bremen Major events such as the open-air park or trade fairs were interrupted. The city of Bremen is considered a risk area. A maximum of ten people are allowed to gather for private meetings and celebrations. The Senate recommends that only people from a maximum of two households participate in celebrations.
Hamburg In Hamburg, events with up to 1000 participants outdoors and 650 participants indoors are again permitted under certain conditions. Large events remain prohibited until the end of October.
Hesse Major cultural events are not permitted. Celebrations on private premises or in public are not permitted after 2 November, as contact restrictions must be observed.
Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Major cultural events are not permitted. Celebrations on private premises or in public are not permitted after 2 November, as contact restrictions must be observed. If possible, the stay in closed rooms with a lot of public traffic should be avoided.
